During her studies at the Faculty of Architecture of Rome, she also completed a Masters degree in Interior Design and has since developed a passion for art and beauty which has now evolved into her professional and emotional life. Finally, in 2000 she decided to transform this passion to the area of culinary arts.
She studied in Modena and then Barcelona specializing in appetizers and starters as she succeeded to become a landmark in the Italian capital as a teacher of this discipline throughout Italy as well as the Internet.
She founded the company THE ART OF TASTE which in recent years has organized and delivered several gastronomic events for companies and private clients. She is the producer and host of various culinary themed TV programs, and a privileged guest to festivals as an expert in the gastronomic field.
With a valued reputation amongst celebrities and international companies, she has organized and designed international culinary events for clients such as Whirlpool, Stella McCartney and Air France.
Eleonora founded and manages the group CRAZY FOR FINGER FOOD that has now become a status quo within social networks serving thousands of members worldwide.
Her collaboration with Concertissimo has developed into a steadfast, fruitful and stimulating partnership over the years.
